Industrial 802.11AC Wireless (Wi-Fi) LAN Bridge

Antaira Technologies’ AMY-5133-AC-PD is a simple point-to-point or point-to-multipoint IEEE 802.11 radio with a gigabit PoE wired interface.  The Gigabit Ethernet IEEE 802.3af/at interface provides a means to power and deliver data making setup simple and clean.  Alternatively, an external power supply may also be used to power the device, power supply sold separately.

Up to 12 Channels per Module Plus Reliable, Failsafe Communication

Monitor up to a dozen devices with a single pair of I/O modules. Discrete I/O modules have twelve channels that you can set up as either inputs or outputs, in four-channel groups.

JUMO Wtrans Wireless temperature measurement for industrial applications

The Wtrans receiver T01 in combination with suitable Wtrans transmitters is used for mobile or stationary measurements of physical measurands. A significant reduction of the installation work is achieved due to the use of trendsetting wireless technology found in the industrial radio frequency 868.4 MHz or 915 MHz.

Cable connections are not required, the radio-based sensor technology also functions in a rough industrial environment. The supplied lambda/4 antenna with an impedance of 50 ohm can be directly screwed on or mounted externally. If the antenna holder for wall mounting with a 3 m antenna cable is used, then the open air range is 300 m. In the receiver the received measured values are converted, displayed, and are available as linear current or voltage signals [0(4) to 20 mA, 0 to 10 V] and via the digital interface RS485. All receiver outputs are galvanically isolated. A connection to higher-ranking systems (such as the plant visualization software JUMO SVS3000 or the Modbus master-compatible JUMO LOGOSCREEN nt paperless recorder) is possible via the digital interface with Modbus protocol. Operation and configuration can be performed via the keypad in conjunction with a 2-line LCD display, or with a setup program for greater convenience. This way, parameters such as filter constants, offset, alarms, and drag indicators (minimum and maximum value memory) can be set separately for each channel. For this purpose, a connector is provided on the front for a PC interface with USB/TTL converter for connecting the receiver and the PC. The receiver in the mounting rail case is intended for mounting on a DIN-rail 35 mm × 7.5 mm according to DIN EN 60715. The screw terminals for the electrical connection are located at different levels. The conductor cross section should not be bigger than 2.5 mm²

The TracXP TXP-WTA Wireless Gas Transmitter provides real-time combustible and toxic gas information for worker and operational safety in Oil & Gas, Refining, Chemical Production, Water Treatment, Food & Beverage and numerous other industrial applications. The TXP-WTA provides an Intuitive non-intrusive magnetic interface – which makes set up and programming quick and easy. The TXP-WTA can be powered via a high capacity, disposable “D” size lithium battery or in permanent installations through an optional power supply board. TracXP Wireless Guide

The Series WTP Wireless Temperature Sensors can be quickly installed on chilled water lines, air ducts or outside a building without having to run additional wiring. By sampling the temperature measurement every 10 seconds, the 3.6 V lithium battery is able to power the unit for up to 8 years. Standard with a NEMA 4X enclosure, a reliable 418 MHz signal can carry the measurements up to 100 feet without a repeater. With the optional 900 MHz repeater, measurements can be transmitted up to 1000 feet away.

Setra’s range of automated wireless transmitters provide accurate, reliable, and easily scalable measurements and monitoring with coverage for multiple measurement points. In addition to being able to measure temperatures as low as -200°C, our wireless transmitters and probes can measure a host of other environmental factors and metrics.

Wireless transmitters monitor and record temperature, humidity, and gases such as CO2 as well as track door events. Communicating over Wi-Fi, our wireless transmitters have visual, local, and remote alarm notifications. 

Wireless transmitters have secure, dependable data communication and storage both locally and in the cloud with Setra’s Continuous Environmental Monitoring Software (CEMS). Each wireless transmitter can store up to 32,000 readings, or approximately three months of data. Should you lose connection to the gateway or the cloud, there would be no loss of data. And with CEMS, users can view real-time data and receive deviation alarms as they occur.
